ATTENTION: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ANGELA’S DESIGN SERVICES (“ANGELA WARREN”, “ADS”, “WE” OR “US”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE IN THEIR ENTIRETY BEFORE YOU CONTINUE TO WORK WITH ANGELA WARREN.

Angela Warren of Angela’s Design Services, Angela’s Design Services, strives to design and have printed all clients’ jobs according to her schedule. Angela’s Design Services, reserves the right to adjust the schedule and/or charge additionally in the event that the client fails to meet the agreed-upon deadlines for materials, approvals, payments, and changes and additions to the services outlined in the client’s original job. Please remember that the job request “received” by 1 pm will be treated as if “received” that day, but job request “received” after 3 pm will be treated as if “received” the next business day. The printing turnaround times given are only estimates. In the unlikely event that Angela’s Design Services, is late with the job, Angela’s Design Services, liability shall be limited to a 10% discount towards the client’s next job, but the customer must request this credit. In no event will Angela’s Design Services, or its licensees assume liability for any damages beyond those set forth in this paragraph, or for any general, consequential, or special damages that are claimed to follow by reason of the lateness.
Canceled jobs require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Clients are responsible for all design costs incurred to jobs canceled after the job was placed. All sales are final. Refunds are not available on jobs unless files have not been prepared for printing and production has not commenced.
No job will be processed without a 50% deposit. Angela’s Design Services may extend credit to established customers. In many instances, a deposit of up to 100% may be required before jobs are shipped to the client. The balance due of all invoices is net thirty (15) days of the date of invoice. Outstanding balances are subject to finance charges of 1.5% compounded interest. Payments are processed through PayPal (can use credit cards as a guest in PayPal). You the client agree to pay all applicable charges and fees related to your applicable service or service plan as well as any taxes or other charges due including no-show fees, trip charges, set-up fees or termination fees.
- Monthly recurring fees for subscription plans will be billed in advance if applicable.
- Service to you may be denied or discontinued without notice at any time in the placement of Service charges on your credit card, or your credit card provider denies or discontinues providing credit to you for any reason, or you fail to make payment when due or provide us with a new credit card expiration date before the existing one expires.
- Late fees may apply if your bill is not paid by the due date. Angela’s Design Services may charge a late fee of 5% or the highest rate permitted by law for late payments. Users are responsible for paying collection agency fees utilized to collect past monies due including attorney fees.
Refund Policy for Photography work, All Design and Programming Services
All work does not proceed to the final stage without final approval. Therefore, all photography, design, and programming sales are final. Angela’s Design Services, however, may accept a return in some cases, at Angela’s discretion. Please email her for further information.
Refund Policy for Other Services
Other services including, but not limited to Graphic Design, Web Design and Development are typically custom projects. Each project is evaluated individually to estimate the total project cost, based upon the unique goals and features of the project.
In the event of cancellation of the project by the Client for reasons other than nonperformance by Angela’s Design Services, ownership of all rights and the original assets shall be retained by Angela’s Design Services. A cancellation fee for work completed, based upon the contracted price and expenses already incurred shall be paid by the Client.
Any sales, use, excise or other taxes or duties imposed upon the sale of the merchandise will be invoiced and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Verbal jobs are not accepted. All jobs must be sent via email or on company letterhead or purchase job form and must be signed by an authorized purchasing agent. Angela’s Design Services, will invoice only those items and advise the purchaser of any and all delays.
Quotations / Estimates
Written estimates are good for 30 days. An estimate not accepted within 30 days may be changed.
Accuracy of Specifications
Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. Angela’s Design Services can re-quote a job at the time of job submission if the information/specifications have changed on which the original estimate was based. Jobs placed with Angela’s Design Services, are to the client’s knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the job which are not written or accompanying said job.
Angela’s Design Services agrees to provide the client all agreed graphic design and print services specified by the client’s job. The client shall be responsible for any and all fees in connection with such design services plus any reasonable and related additional services. Angela’s Design Services will keep the client informed of additional services that are required and obtain the client’s prior approval for any services that cause the total fees to exceed those outlined in the job form. Upon completion of the design, Angela’s Design Services, will provide the client with proof via email, web or printed which shall be used by the client. This layout is not intended as an exact color proof. An email or written agreement will be given to Angela’s Design Services, by the agreed-upon time and date to ensure the delivery date of the final product. The client is 100% responsible for the payment of their job after an email or written agreement has been given to Angela’s Design Services. Angela’s Design Services, is not liable for errors in the client’s artwork or ad copy after the approval, as it is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure the content of the proof conforms to their original design.
Digital proofs are rendered in a low-quality version for email purposes only; final designs will be in high quality, 300dpi or greater for printing.
Due to different monitor, tablet, and smartphone calibrations, the final print colors may vary and will look different when printed. A digitally printed proof can be provided upon request for more accuracy in color, print quality, and layout composition. (Please note that Pantone colors cannot be represented through digital printing; a swatch-book will be shown with the proof to provide the final color. Press checks are available upon request.)
Please carefully review all text and graphics, which may include spelling, grammar, contact information, stock imagery, logo and graphic re-creation(s), PMS and CMYK color values, post office regulations for mailing, and any other designs or text for typographical and composition errors before giving a written approval to proceed with printing.
By responding to an email and providing your written approval, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the proof disclaimer and that you are responsible for any errors found after proof is approved. Angela’s Design Services does not assume responsibility of any kind for any errors found after the proof is approved. The client will be charged for reprinting.
Alterations / Corrections
Client alterations must be specified in writing and must include all corrections or changes from the original specifications. Such work will be charged at our current rates. Angela’s Design Services, can not be held responsible for any mistake in alterations communicated verbally.
If Angela’s Design Services, is having your job printed for you, Angela’s Design Services, will reproduce color as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. This should be considered with submission critical color jobs. The accuracy of each color reproduction is guaranteed to be within 80-85% of the original work submitted. The color is not accurate due to areas outside our control and yours, including but not limited to the calibration of printers, monitors, proof stock and ink, color spectrum regarding the range of colors and line screen.
In the event, the client requires delivery/shipping, Angela’s Design Services, will send the job using third party companies such as Federal Express, UPS or a courier service. In the event that a third party shipper is responsible for lateness of or damage to the client’s job, Angela’s Design Services, will not be liable for any resulting damages. Damage claims must be made to the shipper. Contact the shipper to locate a missing package and/or to file a claim. Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the client or the clients’ supplier to Angela’s Design Services are not included in quotations unless specified.
Shipping & Postal Delivery Times
Angela’s Design Services has no control over the U.S. Postal service, United Parcel Service or any other common carriers’ delivery schedules and cannot guarantee when mail or shipments deposited with or released to these carriers will be delivered.
You are 100% responsible for complying with current postal regulations.
Right to Refuse
Angela’s Design Services reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to design or print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. The client expressly understands that Angela’s Design Services is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client represents and guarantees they have proper and legal title of all matter (of any form) submitted to a print company for printing and/or publication. The client further understands that Angela’s Design Services will rely upon such representation as grounds to engage in the mass printing and/or publication of client’s material.
In the event that an error is discovered in the client’s job after having it printed, the client bears sole financial responsibility and must pay in full for the job. Client agrees that in the event Angela’s Design Services, is liable for an error in quality of print in the client’s card, liability shall be limited to full credit for the re-print of the client’s job no later than one (1) week after submission of claim letter by the client. To qualify for a credit, the client must submit a claim in writing to Angela’s Design Services, within three (3) days of receipt of the job. In no event will Angela’s Design Services, be liable for any damages beyond those set forth in this paragraph, or for any general, consequential or special damages that are claimed to follow by reason of the error. Angela’s Design Services is not liable for failure to have printed the client’s job because of a flood, fire, riots, strikes, national holidays, and shortages of material, jobs of government, failure of transportation, illness, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of Angela’s Design Services. In such an event, this agreement will be suspended during the period of inability to perform and the terms extended for a like period. Neither party shall be liable to the other because of this suspension.
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the designer Angela Warren, Angela’s Design Services, from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted, whether known or unknown, against Angela Warren and Angela’s Design Services, on the grounds that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person or entity.
There will be a $50 charge for all returned payments.
The client will provide Angela’s Design Services, with samples of each printed or manufactured design. Angela’s Design Services reserves the right to distribute free samples of the client’s printed material. Angela’s Design Services, LLC may use your product for samples or advertising purposes.

Angela’s Design Services is hereby authorized to furnish all materials and labor to complete the work mentioned in the above proposal, for which (we) agree to pay the amount mentioned in the proposal according to its terms.
