CONSULTATION & QUOTE
You will have a consultation with Angela (via email, phone, Skype or in-person at a local Durango area coffee shop) that includes project objectives: Initial informal discussions – covering project objectives, technical aspects, logistics, timing and budget.
Formal meetings will take place to discuss your project in detail and clarify any technical issues including budget, timetable and corporate identity guidelines and creative goals.
After your meeting with the Angela a quote will be provided.
Getting the right amount of details and having a clear understanding of a client’s needs and goals from the beginning is the most important factor when starting a new project or design. This is where the meter starts running as designers get paid for their thinking time as well as production time.
NOTE: Before Angela begins development she must receive a 50% deposit.
- Angela will review the consultation meeting notes and client brief, background material and identity standards to ensure understanding of the project context and your corporate requirements. She will develop and provide you with draft concepts and preliminary designs. Together, both the client and Angela will select the most appropriate options for further development.
- Angela will present visual solutions and explains design decisions.
- Together, you will evaluate the visual presentation against the brief to make sure we hit the mark.
- Following your review and feedback, the Angela amends the material as required and, if necessary, presents you with new design(s).
Final balance is invoiced by Angela and paid by client.
After final payment is made. Angela will either send you final files or forwards the artwork to printer for you.
For jobs Angela is having printed for you by her printer of choice, she will view the printer’s proof and passes the proof on to you for approval.
Once approved, she will have the printer produce the job and deliver to you or shipped to you if outside the Sedona, AZ.
